Emerson Open House & Auction
April 30, 2026 • 5-8pm
The Emerson Open House & Auction are right around the corner, and we’ve got a BIG evening planned—you won’t want to miss it! All are welcome; no ticket required. Be sure to stop by and join the fun.
It all kicks off Thursday, April 30 at 5:00 PM with:
1. Food Trucks
Mexican, Mediterranean, and Burgers; come hungry! Our food trucks are donating 20% of sales back to Emerson, so it’s a delicious way to support our school while you dine.
2. NEW This Year: Campus Tours at 5:30 PM & 6:15 PM
In addition to visiting teachers at their department tables in the ODC, take a guided tour of campus led by our fabulous WEB Leader students—the true insiders who know the school best!
3. Raffle Fun
Our raffle items have doubled from last year, which means more chances to win! Write your name on your ticket, and you do not need to be present to claim your prize.
4. Silent Auction
Auction items will be on display in the IDC, and bidding will be online all week, April 27–May 3. Browse, bid, and win from anywhere! - Share the Auction link with family and friends! Register to bid Early!
5. Live Performances
Enjoy music from our Choir, Orchestral Ensemble, and Band as they bring energy and fun throughout the evening.
6. Bring a Little Dough to Raise Some Funds!
We’ll have two fun fundraising games during the evening!

Students can join our exciting 50/50 game with a $5 buy-in for a chance to win a BIG prize.

We’ll also have a Gift Card Pull—pay $20 and win a surprise gift card (or a nice bottle of wine) valued from $20 to $100!
Then, at 7:00 PM, it all culminates with our Live Auction featuring amazing items like golf outings, wine experiences, travel packages, and MLB baseball games!

We’re thrilled to share that the 2025 Bites, Bids & Beyond Auction & Open House raised just over $15,000 for Emerson Junior High!
This was our first time combining the Auction and Open House into one event, and thanks to the incredible support from our community, it was a huge success. Whether you bid on items, donated treats, volunteered your time, or simply showed up—we are so grateful.
Funds raised will go directly toward supporting student programs, classroom needs, and community-building events throughout the year.
Special thanks to our amazing Auction Committee, volunteers, staff, and sponsors who made this event possible. We’re already taking notes to make next year’s event even better!
